Greenovation – the Terra Verde Project and ASI Building Products
ASI is proud to participate in the greenovation of the Terra Verde farmhouse – a project made famous by Weather Channel health specialist, Dr. Anne Marie. The aim of this project, currently underway in Ocala, FL, is to bring more awareness and information about the environmental benefits of green renovations. The greenovation of Terra Verde includes many environmentally conscious components, including geothermal systems, photovoltaic panels, solar hot water, energy efficient building materials, LED lighting, wind turbines, and more.
During the remodel, the building process of integrating the sustainable building materials and technology into the nearly 40-year-old home are recorded and available to watch online. Through these videos and the informative website, we hope to inspire contractors and homeowners across the nation to go green when it comes to small home remodeling projects or large commercial building projects as well. ASI is on board to supply Energy Star rated roofing materials and more to assist in this important cause.
ASI has been at the forefront of sustainable building products for more than 40 years, offering a vast array of Energy Star rated building supplies for contractors in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and beyond. From energy-efficient vinyl doors and windows to heat-reflective metal roofing and insulation, we have virtually all building supplies contractors need to go green.
